SDG

Growing, Caring, Sustaining
At Sincro, we understand that generating value also means caring for people, the environment, and society. We are committed to a business model that acts with awareness and creates impact beyond the economic.
Work-life balance, emotional well-being, and flexibility are pillars of a work experience where every professional feels valued, respected, and free to grow as they are.

Culture of well-being
Work-life balance

We are committed to nurturing a culture of well-being. To implementing policies for balancing personal, family, and work life.
Our constant commitment, both internally and externally, has earned us multiple recognitions for our unique approach to work-life balance and smart working.

Social commitment that starts from within the team

Each year, we allocate a portion of the company's budget to social projects, and it is the employees who suggest and vote for the organizations to support.
In recent years, we have collaborated with organizations focused on health, equality, education, and social exclusion.

Looking after our planet

Our core business serving the Madrid Food Bank

We have maintained a close collaboration for years, which has materialized over the years in various initiatives.

Allies against homelessness
We actively collaborate with Hogar Si, an NGO that works to offer comprehensive support to people experiencing homelessness.
We promote joint initiatives to raise awareness, protect rights, and transform social realities.

A shared social responsibility, consistent and aligned with the reality of our environment.
Active commitment with high social impact
Our involvement has gone beyond financial contributions. Part of the team has participated in volunteer work, assisting in social reintegration workshops and awareness campaigns.
We have also highlighted their work through our internal and external channels, reinforcing awareness within the company.

Campaign for the recognition of "homelessness"
At Sincro, we join HogarSí's campaign to recognize the term "sinhogarismo" (homelessness). Campaign that achieved its goal: Since 2023, it is a term accepted by the RAE (Royal Spanish Academy).
