becario, sin que su producción o formación se incorpore a la ordenación productiva de la institución que concede la beca o lo que es lo mismo que no se apropie ésta de los resultados y frutos de la actividad del becario obteniendo una utilidad en beneficio propio ( SSTS de 13 de junio de 1988, 7 de julio de 1998, rcud 2573\u002F1997, 4 de abril de 2006, rcud 856\u002F2005), adoleciendo la relación laboral común de ese carácter formativo ( STS de 22 de noviembre de 2005, rcud anterior y en lo que respecta a la sentencia de contraste, razona el TS que en el caso de la sentencia de contraste no consta que el becario tuviera experiencia profesional alguna previa en la actividad a la que atendía la beca, circunstancia que sí está presente en la sentencia recurrida en la que se hace mención al currículo que aportó el demandante y en el que consta que ya estuvo atendiendo actividades anteriores en gestión cultural siendo además tales circunstancias valoradas para la concesión de la sentencia recurrida si bien se dice que el actor atendía tareas siempre bajo la supervisión directa y líneas marcadas por dos Técnicos Laborales I de Visuales y luego todos bajo la supervisión de la Jefa de Área, eso no se identifica como que tuviera asignado un tutor concreto que es lo que se declara probado en la sentencia de se refleja una actividad del demandante en los que ha intervenido, bajo la dirección y supervisión de sus superiores, inmerso en el equipo de trabajo, en coordinación con el resto de personal que participa, nada de lo cual está presente en el caso de la sentencia de funciones adecuadas para el cumplimiento del objetivo de la beca formativa, nada de lo cual acontece en el caso ahora planteado en el que el becario, realizando las funciones que le fueron
